GO BLUE! & organise a Blue Mile event or activity at your school

Last year saw the nation swim, paddle, row and walk Blue Miles across the UK, raising funds to protect our rivers and seas. We want the Ecover Blue Mile 2014 to be even more incredible, and would love your school to be at the heart of it. There are a number of ways to join in, from organising a river welly walk to swimming a mile relay race in your local pool.  Check out the Schools Blue Mile Information Booklet for more fun and engaging event activities or complete our online registration form.

Event & Fundraising Activities

This year on Friday 6th June schools up and down the country will GO BLUE! and raise funds for the Marine Conservation Society. How about celebrating this day at your school by encouraging everyone to wear blue for the day? You might also also want to link your school sports day to a blue theme. Check out our Event & Fundraising Activities Page for more ideas on how to connect children with the natural environment through the Ecover Blue Mile.

Whatever you decide to do, we’d love to hear how you get on and if possible share your stories via Facebook and Twitter and remember to tag @thebluemile and #BlueMiler.
